Pressure module — a reproducible public migration example Publicly licensed UCLA locomote Pressure module. KiCad 10.0.6 import recorded 2026-08-31 21:42:40 UTC; archived file hashes verified and BoardPort reports recomputed on 2026-09-13. No new KiCad import, DRC, fabrication or electrical test was performed for this article. Original authors do not endorse BoardPort. 1. Save source.eagle-9.6.2.brd, destination.kicad-10.0.6.kicad_pcb, edited-one-net.kicad_pcb and LICENSE.txt together. 2. Inspect manifest.json for the archive hashes and provenance.json for the fixed source revision and toolchain.json. 3. To import the EAGLE board yourself, use a separate folder without existing output files. The archived environment used KiCad 10.0.6. Record your installed version and run: kicad-cli version kicad-cli pcb import --format eagle --output my-import.kicad_pcb --report-format json --report-file my-import-log.json source.eagle-9.6.2.brd The free download includes complete results; no purchase is needed to read or manually inspect them. The free compatibility checker tests readability only. Recomputing a full BoardPort comparison requires the product. Read report-match.html or report-match-ja.html and report-match.json: 3 PASS / 0 DIFF / 0 NOT CHECKED. Read report-difference.html or report-difference-ja.html and its JSON: 2 PASS / 1 DIFF / 0 NOT CHECKED. The separate edited copy changes only PAD2 pad 1 from N$3 to N$4. Inspect this mapping in EAGLE signal N$3 and KiCad footprint PAD2. The unchanged reference set and outline still pass. Reimports may have different UUIDs or serialization; a byte difference alone does not establish a migration error. DRC, ERC, schematics, reusable libraries, geometry, manufacturing and electrical operation remain separate work. The original authors do not endorse BoardPort. Retain LICENSE.txt with redistributed design files.
