PCB contents stay on your device.

The downloaded product processes supported EAGLE and KiCad files on your device. The fixed release was tested with zero external page or worker requests. This does not cover browser extensions, the operating system or unverified environments. BoardPort does not receive your design files or generated analysis reports.

Cloudflare hosts this website and the download-authorization database. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and access times to deliver and protect the service. BoardPort adds no advertising trackers or product analytics.

When checkout opens, Stripe Checkout collects payment and billing information, email, business and authorized-person names, purchaser type, country, intended business use and terms consent. Card details are entered with Stripe, not into BoardPort's database.

The BoardPort server processes the confirmed transaction to authorize delivery and handle refunds or disputes. Its database stores order status, amount, currency, country, timestamps, purchaser type, accepted license and artifact fingerprints, and keyed hashes of identity and payment references. Those hashes are pseudonymous identifiers, not a promise of anonymity. Plain names, email and stated-use text are not stored in this order database; Stripe retains its transaction records.

Keep your private delivery link confidential. A full refund or final chargeback disables future downloads but cannot erase a local copy.

Messages to support@signalandship.com are forwarded to the operator's Signal & Ship Gmail mailbox. The operator uses your email and the information you send to answer product questions, disclose seller information, verify an order or process a refund. Do not send PCB files, secrets or payment-card details.

Order and support records are retained as needed for license access, support, refunds, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Contact the same address for access, correction or deletion requests; records that must be retained may not be immediately deletable. Cloudflare, Stripe and Google may process data outside Japan under their respective service terms and privacy notices.
