After the purchased file first becomes available to download, refunds for a change of mind or mistaken purchase are generally unavailable. Refunds remain available for non-delivery, duplicate charges, material defects in the supported environment that cannot be resolved by reasonable correction or re-provision, and cases required by applicable law or the payment service. No. The downloaded product processes supported files on your device without sending their contents to BoardPort.
The website and email support are available in English and Japanese. The downloadable software and reports are currently in English. There are separate purchase terms for business use in Japan and for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Choose the purchase page for your business location and check its eligibility requirements. Display language does not change purchasing eligibility.
