Sales conditions for the finished downloadable product, under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Please check compatibility, licensing and refunds before purchase.
- Product
- BoardPort Audit 0.1.0-rc.1, downloadable business software.
- Eligible purchasers
- Legal entities or sole proprietors using the product for business in Japan. Personal and household purchases are excluded.
- Price
- US$79 total, one-time payment in US dollars. No additional tax is added. No Japanese qualified invoice is issued. Card currency-conversion charges and internet-access costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
- Payment
- Card payment through Stripe Checkout at the time of ordering. No subscription.
- Delivery
- After successful payment and order verification, ZIP download access is automatically granted on the private completion page. Unconfirmed payment does not grant delivery. Save the private link; contact email support for manual purchaser verification if it is lost.
- Seller, address and telephone
- The seller and licensor is the individual BoardPort operator trading as Signal & Ship. Stripe processes payments and is not the product’s seller. The seller’s legal name, address and telephone number are disclosed by email without delay upon request, with sufficient time before a purchase decision. Request them using the contact below and wait for the response before ordering if you need this information.
- Contact
- support@signalandship.com. Seller disclosures, support and refund requests are handled manually. Initial-response target: 48 hours, in Japanese or English. Replies may come from the Signal & Ship Gmail account.
- Returns and refunds
- Valid full-refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery, without requiring a reason. After order identification and reasonable purchaser verification, a refund to the original payment method is initiated within two business days of receiving a valid request. Posting normally takes another 5–10 business days. Applicable legal rights and broader provider policies are not limited. After a full refund, stop use and delete local copies. Details

- macOS 26.6.2 with Google Chrome 152.0.7977.66. EAGLE 9.6.2-compatible XML and KiCad 10.0 board files. Up to 16 MiB per file, 32 MiB combined and 30 seconds per run. Supported scope

- One purchasing business may use the purchased version perpetually on devices it controls. Redistribution to other businesses or clients, resale and SaaS access are excluded. Future versions, updates and custom design work are excluded. Full license
