Compare placed footprint references, pad-to-net assignments, and the board outline and routed copper layers under defined rules. The product does not convert, repair or certify a design.

Your business’s officers, employees and contractors may use the purchased version on any number of devices your business controls. Product access for separate affiliates or clients, redistribution, resale and hosted or SaaS access are excluded. Future versions, ongoing maintenance, custom engineering, calls and meetings are not included.

International orders are described as “Sold through Link.” The Link entity identified at checkout and on your receipt handles the transaction as merchant of record. BoardPort provides the software license, electronic delivery and product support. Review Link’s transaction terms before paying.

After an eligible payment is verified, the private completion page provides the ZIP download. Pending payment does not release a download. Save the private completion-page URL for re-downloads and back up your purchased files. An automatic delivery email is not promised. Contact product support with your order reference if access fails.

After the purchased file first becomes available to download, refunds for a change of mind or mistaken purchase are generally unavailable. Refunds remain available for non-delivery, duplicate charges, material defects in the supported environment that cannot be resolved by reasonable correction or re-provision, and cases required by applicable law or the payment service.

Include the order reference, enough information to verify the purchaser, and a description of the issue. Please contact us promptly, preferably within 14 calendar days after provision starts. This is a contact target, not an unconditional refund guarantee or a deadline that ends legal or payment-service rights. If the product has not been provided, that target has not begun. Once a valid refund has been determined, BoardPort initiates or submits it within two business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays. Refunds use the original payment method and currency. A full refund includes collected tax; BoardPort charges no cancellation fee.

Earlier purchases keep the refund terms accepted at purchase, including the 14-day no-reason full-refund promise where it applied.

At checkout, provide the legal business name and the authorized individual’s name. Sole proprietors without a trade name should use their legal name in both fields. If the business and billing countries do not match, eligibility cannot be confirmed and delivery may be withheld pending a full refund.

Businesses in Japan can use the existing Japan offer through standard Stripe Checkout, under its own price, license and refund terms. Choosing a website language does not change eligibility or the payment currency.
